Nagano Prefecture Emergency Telephone Consultation for Children

When your child has an injury or sickness in the night, you may not know what to do, or wonder if you need to take your child to an emergency room. To these parents we give advice regarding emergency action to take or a need for emergency medical care.

2 Consultants

Nurses experienced in medical consultation for infants and children will respond to your call, with support from a pediatrician.

3 Consultation Dates & Times

Every day, 7 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Just call #8000 without a prefix.

Please understand that the line may be busy.

When the nurse answers your call, please don’t rush. Speak slowly and tell them your child’s symptoms and age, etc.
