By Train/ Bus/ Taxi

• At JR Nagano-eki Zenkoji-guchi bus stop #3, take the bus bound for Matsushiro via Kosenjyo to the final stop, Matsushiro-koko. (Approx. 30 minute intervals)
• Take a bus from Shinano Tetsudo Line Yashiro Station or Nagano Dentetsu Line Suzaka Station and get off at Matsushiro Station bus stop, then change to a bus bound for Matsushiro-koko getting off at the final stop, Matsushiro-koko. (Approx. 60 to 90 minute intervals)
• Take a taxi to the Police Mobilization Center from the East exit of JR Shinonoi Station.(About 8 km)

By Highway bus

• Get off at Nagano Interchange bus stop then transfer to a bus bound for Matsushiro-koko from Nagano Interchange-mae bus stop for which you cross at the traffic light and find it on your right. Get off at the final stop, Matsushiro-koko.

For purchasing a fiscal stamp near the Police Mobilization Center (Kido center), go to FamilyMart Nagano Matsushiro-machi Higashijyoten.
Set the destination to Matsushiro High school (Matsushiro koko) or Police Academy (Keisatsu gakko).
Be careful not to set the destination directly to the Police Mobilization Center (Kido center). You will not be able to see FamilyMart Nagano Matsushiro Higashijyoten.
